Main Duties:
• Prepare and develop Recruitment and Performance Appraisal Processes.
• Prepare and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Responsible for conducting job analysis to determine the job description and the job specification for each job.
• Follow up the recruitment process publishing ads, screening C.Vs and conducting all interviews
• Send and follow up offer letters.
• Conduct the orientation, introduction and the induction programs for new comers.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
• Prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc.).
• Handle the paper work related to the hiring and the leavers within the company.
• Handle the filing of the department soft files and hard copies.
• Follow up all allowances medical insurance and mobile allowance.
• Handle the events of the company (team building day and occasions).
• Confer with Department Managers to determine training needs as to type, extent and scope, schedules and procedures.
• Coordinating administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs.
Main Duties:
• Receiving hiring requests from companies.
• Publishing ads, screening C.Vs, conducting phone interviews and conducting the first interview Scheduling interviews for the accepted candidates on phone interview
• Building pool of qualified candidates for several of positions, to fulfill the hiring requirements.
• Performing new sources and channels to collect data Using referrals and headhunting to hire high qualified employees.
• Maintain human resource data bases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems
• Make feasibility study for projects.
• Training new employees.
• Help the team to achieve the target.
