I am a private contractor, therapist and teacher working in holistic health fields;
Structural Healing Bodywork- neuro muscular education, (somatic movement education of The Feldenkrais Method®.)
I am trained in Pranic Healing & Life Energy.
I am a Flower Essence Therapist, &
Aromatherapist. I have a holistic health product line.
I work with several Energy healing systems with humans, animals, environment and nature.
I teach The Feldenkrais Method®, several styles of Yoga, Pilates and I devise my own innovative Dance Movement Therapy.
I have been teaching, and developing my own systems with influences from my teachers an ongoing practice since the 90's. I have worked in India, United Kingdom, United States, South Africa, Chile and Spain.
I have devised workshops and classes and a private healing practice in India, United Kingdom, USA, and South Africa.
I have also worked in Chile and Spain.
I have a holistic Healing Products company called Shamanessence®.
I have taught at the Los Angeles (Massage and Bodywork school) I.P.S.B.
Currently I have been teaching yoga and pilates classes at a physiotherapy office, yoga studio and several gyms in South Africa.
I also run a private Healing Practice which is my passion.
My formal education was in the United Kingdom, Dance - Higher National Diploma, The Professional Feldenkrais Training Programme, and a BA in Arts & Cultural Policy from Coventry University.
Further Education has been in the Healing Arts and Yoga, in India, United States and South Africa.
I also have experience in working in holistic bookstores, volunteer work ( teaching and giving service to elderly and hospice) catering food I dustry service and as a jewelry designer.
Coventry University - HND Higher National Diploma before Bachelors Degree as prerequisite. First in United Kingdom. Included teaching school teachers in National Curriculum. Working with Special Needs children, facilitating movement and Dance for performance in schools and theatre, choreography, performance, touring, administration & computer skills, sponsorship and funding applications in National Arts, local council/ municipalities.
