Responsible for the management of the over-all financial matters of the group of companies -
Generating and building-up budgets, forecasting cash flows for the operations, monitoring the
actuals, analysis the variances and implement required adjustments.
Oversees the logistic and administrative requirement for all concerned departments such as in production, sales, purchases and stores, in addition to human resources functions.
Prepares and provide reports of accounts and financial information and statements
(Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss) for internal (management) and external (auditors and creditors) users.
Keeps monthly cash flows statements, manages receivables and payables, controls cost and expenses.
Directly in contact and maintains good relation with banks and auditors.
Al Akhila’a is into production, supply and trading of crushed building materials with contracts and sub-
contracts with UAE government’s various project all over the emirates. Al Akhila’a has turnover of 30 million US dollars.
Fully in-charged in the entire accounting matters of the company and its sister company providing accurate and timely management accounts and financial statements.
Negotiating major contracts, prepares the projects costing, cash flows and budgets.
Managing and organizing periodical statements in addition to handling the relationships with banks, clients and suppliers.
