- Business analysis and business requirement specifications for all projects;
- Responsible for the design and delivery of solutions that follow the departments agreed strategy, standards and best practices;
- Projects are completed within time, cost and quality requirements;
- Daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up;
- Development of Group IT policies, processes and procedures;
- Oversee technical projects in alignment with organizational goals and strategy;
- Defining implement and deliver IT service level agreements with appropriate support/tracking systems;
- Direct and control the activities of the second and third-line support functions (which may lie with external service providers);
- Manage and own incidents, defects and problems (including the supporting processes) identified in the production environment and take end-to-end ownership to drive their resolution;
- Support, training for all software applications;
- Daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up;
