Assist Oracle customers in solving functional and technical problems related to Oracle Payables product set (Payables, Cash Management)
In addition to the above, my job responsibilities included the following:
Managing a team of 3 Junior User Support Applications Consultants
Logging Technical Support Requests on Oracle Metalink
Secure adherence to established procedures within and between departments using the Oracle Distribution modules
Resolving with other Oracle Teams common integration issues
Attending key policy meetings with key users and business owners.
Planning use and deployment of additional functionalities.
My job responsibilities included the following:
Business Requirements Definition, Business Modeling
System Setup and Solution Design and Testing
Creating work around for some Business Requirements
Training for Key users & End users

Reporting to the Oracle Manufacturing manager, I was responsible for the following:
Support users of Oracle WIP and BOM modules
Train the Planning department in the manufacturing companies on Oracle Purchasing
Coordinate with users of Oracle Inventory all transactions entry related to WIP processing
Assist the Engineering department in the preparation and maintenance of the Bill of Materials for all existing and new manufactured coaches and trucks
As a new hire in the IT department of Ghabbour, my duty was to secure completion of the following tasks within the Engineering department:
Build Engineering Bill of Material for the Engineering department
Establish the procedures for Engineering Change Orders
Collect and Prepare the data in the appropriate format for the Pro-Engineer software
YAT Education: Web Applications Developer Track Instructor
Taught the full 3 months long track of Web Applications Developer to two groups with the YAT education center
Completed 3 projects on contract basis with 2 Service Providers:
1.Analysis and Design of an application for a tourism company covering its reservations and scheduling activities.
2.Design and implementation of a web site for a tourism company.
3.Development of a complete Web-based application specific for a large supermarket, which controls all operations on-line.
