 Responsible for leading the QC team to ensure the highest quality standards and fulfillment of requirements. Starting from requirement phase till releasing by implementing different type of tests like, smoke test, integration test, system test, acceptance test.
 Creating the test plan and strategy then calculate the testing estimations.
 Reviewing the business requirements document for large/complex projects to extract all the requirement review defects and track them till closure.
 Designing test cases using tfs or cucumber tool.
 Developing automation scripts using selenium.
 Executing tests for complex e-services, payment gateway systems, CRM applications, Sharepoint web applications, android/iOS applications, and desktop applications.
 Reporting the defects on Jira and track them till closure plus reporting the project status.
 Highlighting the ongoing project’s risks or issues in addition to search for prevention or corrective actions.
 Defining the testing team’s goals, objectives, development plans.
 Participate in risks identification and provide mitigation plans in the quality area.
 Updating the test process and providing the process templates or checklists.
 Reviewing the outputs of my subordinates like defects, test cases, status reports plus conducting cross testing on their testing tasks.
 Evaluating the exit criteria then write testing summary report.
 Conducting test closure activities and document the measures and numbers and the learned lessons.
 Managing the testing team capacity and allocation plus conduct interviews for QC candidates.
 Handling team’s issues.
