o Preparation of annual profit plan and monthly forecast for Inventory - setting targets, driving performance, a key externally reported measure of cash working capital progress.
o Create, report and drive performance across EMEA Supply Chain for monthly inventory measures and results, managing tradeoffs across countries, and Supply Chain functions in particular sourcing, planning, manufacturing, distribution, transportation, CFT and Fashion & Home.

o Analyze, recommend all the and drive the appropriate progress and trade offs for inventory improvement vs. service (OFR, PFR) improvement .
o Accountable for inventory valuation related to Intercompany billing, International billing, receivables, and inventory transfers and managing the financial aspects of country and international royalties payments and third party licensing payments, plus all Internal Controls related to inventory in EMEA.
o Communicate effectively to report inventory and service as well as opportunities and risks to these areas.
o Responsible for creation of all IMBs on EMEA ((38 countries, 7 clusters)).
o Responsible for all Inventory Financials in SOP /Scorecard/ Hyperion for all markets .
o Inventory Days : Partner with SC Planning Team & S&OP/Commercial Operations in forecasting inventory days and value and assist them to better understand and ultimately reach Plan quarterly inventory targets.
o Measure and track all the movements in COGS and its effect in LID
o Obsolescence : forecast and call out risk to the P&L and offer options to obviate. Coordinate with teams to better understand and reduce P&L charges. Help create and drive actions for improvement and push for needed but unpopular actions like ‘closed to buy’ reduction of safety stocks, changes in service level agreements and champion full visibility and full implications of such significant actions as needed.
o Other : Consolidate EMEA data (~38 countries, 6 clusters) and issue targets, track progress and provide monthly reports to Regional Commercial operations/Supply Chain/Finance and Global Finance to help manage management and cash flow targets .
o Manage multiple direct and indirect associates.

o Responsible for the financial and business management of inventory for Europe Middle East and Africa, a high value, high impact, complex area targeted for significant progress in the coming years by both internal Avon Strategic plans and external market analyst evaluation Improve Inventory to be more harmonized all over markets
o Responsible for reporting, analysis, and accounting for all inventory, international inventory and transfer pricing, accountability and oversight for inter-company inventory, and specific accountability for the reconciliation of EMEA inventory values stored in all Avon locations and third party warehouses (currently throughout the region in owned and 3rd party sites and in Asia).

o Responsible for Financial, Planning and Analysis of Egypt Distribution costs. Responsibility for leading monthly Actual reviews & Planning/ Forecast discussion and weekly trend .
o Responsible for the Score Card and sharing in the monthly SOP .
o Responsible for the Implementation of Standard Costs for Egypt Raw Material & Finished Goods and all studies concerning improving margins .
o Responsibility for Timely and accurate reporting of Egypt SC Restructuring Project actual costs and benefits. Identification of ongoing risks & opportunities, tracking engineering specifications with actual happened, make sure for delivering the project to its end on the planned time and budget .
o Implement processes and procedures necessary for timely and accurate monitoring & control all financial aspects of the TPM operation (inventory, cost, obsolescence, wastage, invoicing, etc.).
o Responsible for ongoing review of inventory and obsolescence IMB, identification and escalation of risks/opportunities . Lead in project to identify and select most appropriate ongoing software solution regarding inventory system to be implement.
o Tracking and plan all the new purchase stock, FX and all variations implication on margin.
o Review all the SC Internal Controls with Region/ US team and make sure locally that there are accountable .
o Control all over the SC Assets, CIR and there Depreciation
o Develop and improve relationships across the Matrix Structure, Regional Finance, Egypt market Finance, Distribution leadership team.
o Sharing in working 3 suppliers contracts with Anti Corruption Team in US/UK .

Responsible for Costing Team

o Purchases Invoices ( FG +RI ) .
o Tracking Local Production with its final cost , costing TPM production .
o Implement Standard cost for Egypt RI& Component locally and FG with UK cost team .
o Financial share on the sign off of the Leader List and its Plan and actual GM .
o Responsible for any actions from MKT and Sales Trend and its impact on the Target of the Gross Margin .

I am involve in various accounting functions ranging from the annual planning process, compiling, general ledger processing, reconciliations and ad hoc Financial and analytical functions.

o Responsible for all the Financial Matrix communication between Egypt and Region for DSB and non DSB
o Responsible for Egypt Financial Reporting submit ion to region .
o Handle all KPIS and weekly trends ( Field- MKT-Finance )
o Responsible for Gross Margin reconciliation ( Reasons of Variations ) to the region .
o Responsible for Financial, Business Planning and Analysis of Egypt . leading monthly Actual reviews & Planning/ Forecast discussion ( compile monthly balance sheet and Profit & Loss reconciliations ).
o Responsible for compiling the key performance indicators for plan and forecast with the department managers and the economics of the country ( Country Growth - Inflations - Company Growth - Projects per cost centers) all these effects and impact in the annual Business plan .
o Have all studies of return on investments in any actions & projects and incentives created by Field or MKT to ensure that the percentage increase in cost for the yearly budget is on line with sales growth..

oSharing Financially on the Business case of Egypt SC Restructuring ( Factory closing and creation for distributed line ) .

o Responsible for all the payments of the bank.
o Review all the invoices came to Head Office.
o Issuing all the checks of the suppliers of the bank.
o Responsible for the payments of 53 branches.
o Handle all the Petty cash of 53 Branches and there settlements.
o Responsible for all the petty cash given to the employees (Temporary and Stable) and also there settlements.
o Responsible for reviewing the differences on the statement of the bank (Trial Balance) in a daily basis.

In charge of reviewing all the Profit and Loss statement monthly and interview the profit to the Financial Director also share in the Balance Sheet at the end of the year.
o Dealing With Customers and Suppliers Ageing and there invoices.
o Review all the billing of the company.
o Presenting the team with new techniques and means of improving the quality of the service
o Introduce reports for all the collections and all payments on a daily basis to the management to follow our cash flow.

o Year end closing account between the mother company and the GSP.
o A fully coordinate in any problems faces the accounts between FedEx Dubai and FedEx Egypt.

o Handle the entire payroll for all employees and its reports to the bank or to the cashier.
o Handle all suppliers’ invoices and its aging control.
o Regular contact with all the suppliers to handle the dates of payment for every invoice.
o Responsible for issuing all the check and cash payments.
o Dealing with all the petty cash for all employees and its settlements.
o Responsible for all payable analysis on the system.
o Responsible for any expenses on the company.
o Handle all the payment for sales tax or withholding tax.
o Sharing in the Profit & Loss Statement.

o Reporting on a daily basis to the Finance Manager for the daily collection.
o Handle all the customers account with the collection and any credit load on them ( International - Local )
o Responsible for all cash shipments and there reconciliation
o Constantly communicating with Credit Department to have a daily updates for the problems on the customers accounts.
o Review all customers invoices and there credit.
o Responsible for all withholding tax from the customers and there receipts.

o Load all the new accounts local and Int’l on all systems to active the customer.
o Issue all the billing invoices concerning the sales invoices of local and international billing and also the customs invoices.
o Responsible for all the customs and customers invoices and there collections
o Reporting for the unpaid customs amounts on a daily basis.
o Responsible for loading all the invoices on the system.
