o Measure and track all the movements in COGS and its effect in LID
o Obsolescence : forecast and call out risk to the P&L and offer options to obviate. Coordinate with teams to better understand and reduce P&L charges. Help create and drive actions for improvement and push for needed but unpopular actions like ‘closed to buy’ reduction of safety stocks, changes in service level agreements and champion full visibility and full implications of such significant actions as needed.
o Other : Consolidate EMEA data (~38 countries, 6 clusters) and issue targets, track progress and provide monthly reports to Regional Commercial operations/Supply Chain/Finance and Global Finance to help manage management and cash flow targets .
