Responsibilities:
-Lead the HR strategy in the region, in compliance with the global guidelines, managing the Talent Development processes and Performance Management cycles, ensuring the strategic alignment of our talent with the business goals.
-Develop the regional staffing strategy ensuring compliance with employment-related laws and regulation. Analyze Talent Pool, Identify and develop local and expatriate talent, define succession plans, provide ideal career path alternatives, assess talent gaps and define development and training actions.
-Lead the Employee Opinion Survey action plans definition, implementation and follow up ensuring alignment with our Motivation and Engagement Strategy.
-Act as a Primary HR referent for Top Management providing advice, guidance and analytical information on HR Issues to support their areas.
-Work close with other HR areas acting as facilitator for employees and line managers in regards to other HR matters, such as Compensation, Organization, Training and Personnel administration.
-Develop and implement communication campaigns and ad hoc training for all levels of staff and management.
-Carry out personalized onboarding programs for mid and top management ensuring they are appropriately guided into the company’s culture.
-Constantly benchmark the HR trends on the market in order to improve our current processes, policies and systems, and develop new HR products.
-Implement Coaching and Mentoring Programs, and provide career counseling sessions to our Key People in order to strengthen their leadership skills in alignment with our company values.

-Develop and implement the HR strategy that aligns workforce with key business goals, acting as primary point of contact for senior leaders, providing expertise and guidance.
