A Management Representative to Certifying Body or Registration body for Surveillance and
Maintained certifications of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 without assistance of any external consultants
Monitor the conformance of company QHSE management system to ensuring adherence to regulatory and customer requirements
Deliver the objectives and KPI’s at departmental and organizational level
A Lead Auditor and conduct IMS internal audits according to established audit programs
Monitor non-conformity and ensure effective, timely action to address
Identify required data used to monitor for conformances and performances, analyze trends and share with management for necessary actions
Write, review and implement manuals and procedures in conformance to international standard, regulatory and customer requirements. Setting up and maintaining controls and documentations procedures
Review procedural non-conformances, design improved procedures and implement effective controls
Establish strong relationship with teams, key internal persons and interested parties like clients, suppliers and stakeholders’ interface in order to support the delivery of the proposition
Assist in managing Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Business Development
Management according to the need and influence in QHSE as identify vulnerability and new emerging risk in order to drive documentation and necessary corrective actions
Maintain records, prepare reports for performance evaluations and compliances obligations as requirements in QHSE
Compose correspondences, policy, methods and procedures as requirements in technical and QHSE for tender proposals
Facilitate annual QHSE meeting and management review
Report root cause analysis to top management as demands for management systems such as an issue arise from operations and feedback of employees and client complaints if any
Coordinate and submit QHSE report as client contracts requirements
Prepare customized modules and a Trainer in QHSE and other technical HSE specific requirements that need extensive improvement programs in the competency of the employee in all levels of organization of IRM Group of companies
Drives continuous improvements recommendations in the QHSE through improved processes and adherence in order to meet company objectives
Coordinate and schedules coaching or meetings to all levels of organizations that need understanding of implementations of procedures, instructions and requirements as necessary to ensure smooth flow in operations and compliances.

Write the IMS Manual according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018
