A dinner thing specializes in creating unique dining experiences inside and outside Lebanon (Greece, Italy, etc...), in the most unusual locations and magical setups, with a carefully selected guest list to come enjoy good food and nice wine for one special night. The location isn’t revealed till a couple of hours before the dinner!

Content Producer for Style - fashion program on MBC1.
In charge of revamping the show, creating and developing its new format, structure and image.

Producer for all Radio recordings and TVC shoots: receiving the STB, briefing Production houses, filtering and negotiating the quotes, recommending Directors/DOPs, coordinating all production requirements until the PPM. Assisting during the actual shoot. Following up on all Post Production and making sure the final copy is delivered according to the brief.
- Assisted Regional ECD in daily management tasks (Dubai, Kuwait, Bahrain offices).
- Launched and constantly updated modern and exhaustive Library (books, DVDs, ads, Case Studies, articles…). Knowledge management between all dep. and network offices. Kept an inspiring and motivating environment for the Creative dep. Launched a Creative Sessions Program, the “Cheese” Movement, internal Newsletter…
- Handled Traffic. Assisted all Creatives in research, preparation and production of shoots.
- In charge of entering International Awards Shows. Fish for talent. Change the world.
Personal Assistant to Mr. Omar El Sherif during commercial shoot for Al Zorah. Assisted outside and during shoot: rehearsal, memorizing/editing text, wardrobe, PR and social gatherings, requests, bookings.
- Assistant Executive Producer/Presenter of very up to date, 1 hour pre-recorded men’s fashion/lifestyle show, targeted to fashion-hungry Emiratis, aged 25 - 45.
- Was involved in: research, writing and hosting episodes, styling and image (wardrobe, props, look…), art direction of the set.
- Learned local dialect, adapted personal appearance to suit local taste.
- Manager of all BMA 4-day exhibitions all over Lebanon (Beirut, Tripoli, Sour…), regrouping all types of exhibitors (medical, corporate, artists, designers, NGOs, Embassies, Municipalities, Universities, Ministries…). Tasks: sales and marketing, alternative means of participation and exposure, dealing with clients, guaranteeing their satisfaction, following up on payments…
- Entertainment provider for all BMA events (Bands, dancers, singers, fire fighters, plays, shows, debates, conferences …). Organizing, planning and coordinating the harmonious participation of all entertainers throughout the whole Marathon event (Village + Race Day).
- Participated in the planning, implementation of and participation in a Social Relief and Aids program for the refugees of the 2006 War.
- Originally a 7 minute documentary that covers the Lebanese adaptation of the Vagina Monologues play (“Hakeh Neswen”) presented in Beirut for 3 consecutive years. The play was still running during the 2006 War - which made it somehow controversial.
- Wrote, filmed, and edited the documentary.

- Was involved in: research, writing and hosting episodes, styling and image (wardrobe, props, look…). \[Trendy Fashion Program\].
- Produced and conducted indoor/outdoor segments, interviews, reports with anyone and everyone in the Fashion world (Local and international designers - fashion, jewelry, shoes, accessories - new designers, models, craftsmen, catwalk choreographers, editors, University teachers…)
- Assisted Regional Manager in all tasks.
- Supervised all production for two Interactive Music satellite Channels (programming, TV shows, promotions, ads, clips, services, games, events, website, printed campaigns …)
- Established contact with all major record labels in the region, signed deals, followed-up on broadcast rights.
- Concept and execution of magazine (regrouping 47 local creators), coordination of marketing, sales, design, editing, content, interviews, sponsors, designers and photography.
- Received a full 1 year training before going air, which included: researching relevant information, writing correctly, pronunciation, behavior in front of the camera, knowing the viewers, dealing with on air sudden problems, presenting techniques and tools, ...
- Researched material, topics, guests and content for each episode, film reports, cover events.
- Hosted 2 hour live daily show, which highlighted cultural and youth issues around the world.
- Stylist for look and setting, content and execution, props and crafts on set.
