Position Control Room Operator (.TDC 3000) Ammonium chloride Plant
I am fully responsible for the Health, Safety and Environment of the people and equipments.
I have full knowledge of Permit to Work, Confined space entry, H2S awareness and all Safety policies and procedures.
I am a good communicator and having leadership qualities and presently working as a work-up Supervisor in Q-Chem.
I have the full knowledge of the task, equipments and people in my work area. I am fully empowered to stop any unsafe act or procedures. I always follow safe work practices.
IN BOROUGE
➢ Borouge-3 a new project, A joint venture between the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), and Austria based Borealis,
➢ I have started my career in borouge from commission phase, involved preparation of work instruction, SOP, Startup and commissioning procedures.
➢ Involved all commission activities, equipment and lines blowing, PL-2, &PL 3 walk down, punch list preparation. Loop and interlock check activities,
➢ Involved, punch list walk several startup, shutdown and troubleshooting with vendor.
➢ Reactor consists of loop reactor and Gas phase reactor bi-model process. Using propane as carrier.
➢ Feed purification consist of purifying ethylene drier, propane drier, hexane drier Heavies column, Co-monomer columns and lights columns.
➢ Involved circulation gas compressor (centrifugal), recycle and light gas compressor reciprocating.
➢ Finishing area, extrusion operation, final product from the extruders, managing product pellet silos additives management, product recipe management.
IN Q-CHEM: ➢ Working Experience in DCS OPERATION (HONEYWELL TDC 3000): Right now I am working as a Board operator in POLY ETHYLENE PLANT, EXPERION TPS SYSTEM with ASM GRAPICHS and APCS by Pavilion Vendor. Experienced in several startup, shutdown and trouble shooting in the process.
➢ Reactor consists of loop reactor particle form process. Using isobutene as a carrier medium separation of solids and isobutene from CTO to High pressure Flash champers.
➢ Feed purification consist of purifying ethylene drier, isobutene drier, hexane drier dehexaniser column, ethaniser column, C4 splitter and Isobutane Nitrogen recycle compressors (screw compressor), dehexaniser compressors (reciprocating compressor)
➢ Finishing area, extrusion operation, final product from the extruders, managing product pellet silos additives management, product recipe management.
