DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Received and registered guest with appropriate doctor according to their problem and create guest file.
Anticipate guest needs and provide information and directs them to proper area or personnel.
Received and answering phone calls and emails.
Transfer calls to other Departments.
Post list on the bulletin board for easy references of any insurance that has sent through emails by insurance officer.
Discharge the guest after seeing by the doctor and arranged payments for all the test and procedures done.
Arranged all the insurance forms and pre approval for submission to insurance department. Daily TPP
Create a turn over report of money, vouchers for the next working shift schedule.
Do appointments for each guest.
Entering medical investigations and procedure in the system that was ordered by the doctor.
Arranging schedule of guest upon receiving approval from insurance department to do the necessary procedure that was approved.
