 Reviews, in the absence of Accounting Head, financial statements of the company and its affiliate companies and the consolidated financial statements.
 Reviews all the reports submitted to government regulatory agencies such as SEC, BIR and Local Government Municipality.
 Ensures timely remittances of all taxes.
 Does the necessary coordination and communication / Liaison with the external auditor (Grant Thornton International), Bureau Internal Revenue (BIR) and Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) auditors for the quarterly, semi-annually and annual audit of the company and its affiliates.
 Coordinates with different banks for the set up/ availment of credit facilities and other credit accommodations.
