DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Administered prescribed medications, started intravenous fluids, and documented patients' charts by recording food and fluid intake and output.
• Answered patients' calls and determined how to assist them, as well provided family support.
• Measured and recorded patients' vital signs, such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration.
• Provided basic patient care and treatments, such as dressed wounds, treated bedsores, gave enemas, douches, and performed catheterizations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Admits patients, direct care rendered, initial vital signs taken (blood pressure, respiratory rate, temperature, pulse rate) as a baseline record.
• Performs a variety of supportive and utilizes a range of equipment, supplies, medication and other modalities in carrying out specific medication and instituting nursing activities for specific treatment and supportive measures.
• Provides a safe therapeutic, personalized physical and psychological environment for patient care.
• Assist physician in any procedures and examinations that is to be done to patient.
• Gathering information or interview regarding patients past medical history and current chief complaints to help determine the nature and severity of their illness.
• Provides quality nursing care to patients requiring emergency treatment in
accordance with age specific & individual needs.
• Established therapeutic relationship with patient and their families and elicit their participation in care.
• Plans and provides patients teaching during their daily care of relatives to the understanding of the illness and treatment.
• Report and documents significant information through established oral and written processes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide medications and injections as prescribed by the doctor.
• Administer Intravenous Fluids and oxygen, if required.
• Monitor vital signs like BP, Temperature, Pulse etc and record it.
• Provide frequent patient evaluations including monitoring vital signs and perform essential procedures.
• Refer any changes in patient's status or untoward reaction to the doctor.
• Monitor, analyse and record urine and stool output.
• Collect specimens including sputum, stool, urine and send it for medical analysis to laboratory.
• Assist doctors during treatment.
• Prepare the patient for various investigations like Ultra Sound, Echo, CT scan
• Provide general nursing care to all patients.
• Give psychological support to the patient and family members.
• Educate patient and family about the disease and prognosis of the patient.
