Job Description
* Feedback to line manager amendments to visuals or visual guidelines due to local market
requirements.
* Implement processes & procedures to deliver best practice across all stores in area of
responsibilities.
* Train & develop Visual team on exemplary brand visual standards & delivery thereof
* Work on operations team to implement plans for new market entry, new store openings.
* Contribute to the sharing of best practice to the brand and work cross functionally with
other teams to implement visual initiatives.
* Champion the brand in stores and create a feedback with the brand teams to enhance
business performance, including recommendations promotions or mark down
Provides the brand standard in all aspect especially in merchandising presentation
* Monitoring of Store sale performance in order to achieve the store week, month and
quarterly target.
* Provide a higher quality customer service as educating & motivating the staff in
providing an excellent customer selling technique
* Directly reporting to the Area Manager, Operation Manager & Business Director
* Preparing Weekly Report for the purpose of evaluating & assessing the store
performance.
Supports the store manager to implement the required standard procedures to be
implemented to store team.
* Ensure the store is fully compliant administratively & procedurally according to
company’s guidelines & deadlines.
* Manage to plan according to needs of the business on the absence of the store manager.
* Able to prepare the related reports and knows how to manage the team which includes
training, motivating in order to help the store manager in creating a good workplace.

* Formulate strategy and monitor its implementation to ensure that the set store quota for
the month is achieved.
* Prepare the monthly report for the purpose of evaluating the assessing the store
