Executive Secretary:
• Handles and tracks the flow of documents/mail and records of correspondence sent out to or received from various department heads. Ensures the timely distribution and deliver of mail and keep copies for records and follow-up. Maintains systematic filing of documents.
• Carries out secretarial activities such as; drafting letters, memorandum, faxes, e-mail messages, from brief notes or oral instructions. Types and proof reads materials including reports, statements and tabulations.
• Makes appointments for managers, receives and guides visitors to managerr’s office.
• Raises requests for stationery/supplies and distributes as required.
• Ensures direct delivery of confidential materials/mail. Ensures good housekeeping in the office and arranges for proper storage of office materials and files. Ensures that office equipment such as; work processor/computer terminal/printer and facsimile are kept and handled properly and requests services for the maintenance in case any defects.
• Manage agendas/arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
Property Leasing Co./Portal Administrator/Customer Service Rep.:
(PROPERTYFINDER, MYCRM, BROKERPAD, BAYUT)
• Generates leads through telemarketing, portals, emails, thru portals and ocular visits.
• Dispatching received leads calls Advising staff and providing guidance and feedback.
• Assisting in the formulation of targets for individuals and teams.
• Support marketing, sales team through engaging, collating and logging leads, then directing them to sales Dept.
• Keep records of Clients, Leads interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints and comments, as well as actions taken.
• Supervised & assist agent for property publish and approved & In-Charges of Listing Ads
• Coordinates with Developers to arrange Sales Event, hotels, Exhibitions, CityScape & other forthcoming launch event.
HR Officer :
• Generates Shortlisted candidates through advert online website through
• Coordinates and follows-up with PRO / concerned personnel on matters related to employees visa.

• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
