• Preparing monthly and quarterly health progress report & statistics.
• Assist Chief Wellness Officer and Safety Officers in orientation of newly hired employees.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all employee health medical reports and health concerns.
• Assist Chief Wellness Officer in developing health plan programs for all areas of operations.
• Planning and coordinating with employees regarding the ongoing health campaigns.
• Planning, organizing, coordinating and administering Health Activities for AlMansoori Employees.
• Assist Chief Wellness Officer in developing publication health standards for application in AlMansoori operational areas.
• Perform HSEQ Secretarial Job if required or during absence.
• Assist HSEQ Advisors and Officers on implementation of HSE & Quality Management Systems.
• Maintaining the HSEQ Management System to a level that fulfills the Policy and Objectives of AlMansoori and Clients requirements.
• Carry out any other work as may be assigned by the Chief Wellness Officer, HSEQ Advisor, and HSEQ Officers from time to time, on a timely basis.

• Maintaining the patients overall safety while in flight
• Evaluating the patients ailments and/or needs and providing them with proper medical care and treatment until the patient safely reaches the hospital
• Administering medication and/or injections to ease the patients pain & provide comfort to the patients
• Providing splints, cleaning and dressing of patients’ wounds, if necessary
• Operating emergency and non-emergency medical machinery, equipment and/or technology such as mechanical ventilation machines, oxygen tanks, cardiac monitor, defibrillator, nebulizer, glucometer, suction machine, ambubag, pulse oximeter, and various other life support equipment.
• Acting as an intermediary and communicator between the flight crew and flight medical team
• Planning and Preparing for flight missions
• Assisting in medical evacuation of patients during calamities
• Develops and maintains favourable relationships with new and existing clients in order to increase revenue
• Ensures that company services (e.g. booking of flights and hotel reservations, schedule for medical assistance such as hospital transfers and out-patient and in-patient consults) consistently meet client needs
• Responsible for sustaining and renewing client contracts

• Evaluates and oversees school health policies and programs
• Provides expertise and oversight for the provision of school health services and promotion of health education

• Coordinates referrals to the medical home or private healthcare provider
• Serves as a liaison between school personnel, family, community and healthcare providers to advocate for health care and a healthy school environment
• Provides health-related education to students and staff in individual and group settings and provides consultation to other school professionals, including food service personnel, physical education teachers, coaches, and counsellors
• Responsible in the provision of a safe and healthy school environment include the school nurse’s monitoring of immunizations, managing communicable diseases, assessing the school environment for safety to prevent injury and spearheading infection control measures
• Reports the development of school safety plans to address bullying, school violence, and the full range of emergencies that may occur at school
• Focuses on the health care for chronic and acute illness, as well as injuries in the school setting
• Uses clinical judgment in providing case management services
• Actively collaborates with school management to build student and family capacity for adaptation, self-management, self-advocacy and learning
