Coordinate with the Facilities Management and
Service Providers in the maintenance of the mall as
well as Tenant's technical concerns during Fitout or
their leased premise renovations;
Ejari registration of Tenant’s lease contracts;
Manage Retail Tenants Database and prepare
reports for Finance Department.

· Supervised the administrative assistant and document controller initially on the documentation process and administrative duties. Manages the filing system (soft and hard copies)
· Partly handled reception and was the first point of contact of clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, government authorities, etc.
