The Institutional Effectiveness office at RIT Dubai responsible for all the coordination and communication with accreditation and licensure bodies as well as the collection and analysis of data that has impact on the quality and effectiveness of the university programs and operations. My accomplishments to date include:
• Developing and writing content for 9 accreditation proposals, all of which were approved by the UAE Ministry of Education.
• Enhancing relationship and communication with RIT global campuses (RIT New York, RIT Croatia, RIT Kosovo), KHDA and the UAE Ministry of Education.
• Appointed member of the University Assessment Council (Advisory Body) in RIT New York; RIT Dubai Senior Management Board; RIT Dubai Staff Council; RIT Dubai Academic Council; RIT Dubai Retention Committee.
• Increasing overall institutional survey participation by 166% within 1st year of employment.
• Successfully developing and implementing a Risk Management Framework for 12 company departments.
• Writing and developing content for all corporate handbooks and policy documentations to ensure adherence to government standards.
• Developing numerous statistical data sets for reporting data to various stake holders.

• Strategically planning and improving student’s time management skills to allow them to self-manage.
