Identify the training Gaps and improve all the training matrices, Evaluate the trainers, developing the training methods
Personal Development Plans to identify & monitor individuals' training &
developmental activities during the year.
Participate in Training needs analysis to determine training programs within the organization.
Preparing training material for soft skills internal trainings
Evaluate training effectiveness, by measuring training effects through evaluating trainees' reactions to the program
Maintain training records for the new comers Employees, by updating the database regularly to ensure the availability of data when needed.
Follow up on receiving training evaluation forms from participants and submit reports that highlight evaluation findings and recommendations.
Communicate regularly with different technical and management
training vendors in the market to check for programs and calendars updates.
Delivering internal training plan for new hires and existing employees
Outsourced trainer for external companies
Implemented 360’ Feedback for existing employees in the contact center on all levels
Responsible for the company’s intranet (portal) updates quality concerning HR announcement
Responsible for the certification process of the newly hired employees in the contact center
Understand all the Human Reasource functions
