Preparing Workshop details for VM Concept like floor plans, furniture layouts, paint / wallpaper allocation schedules and other modules to be presented to Concept Senior VM Managers . Documentation in regards to VM daily tasks and whereabouts. Creating VM training modules for their learning and development. Conceptualization and Execution of Window Display theme every month. Assisting stylist on Catalogue shoots.
Execution of design perspective as per concept design.
Maintaining the standards in merchandising.
Supervising and giving instructions to other Visual Merchandisers in the showroom.
Planning and displaying of highlighted merchandise to attract more consumers.
Directly giving reports to the Managers
Designing of bags and accessories, Lay outing graphics such as banners, billboards, brochures, flyers, pamphlets, business cards, etc., can do visual merchandising particularly window display, supervising 5 artists, and 3 In house Carpenters in product development department.
Manually executed designs (rough sketches) on Residential and Commercial Accessories for export. Designs that basically inspired by Tins, Wax, Wood, Terracotta, Textile, Wrought iron and other materials. Preparing scale models of booth for Exhibit and tradeshow.
