Ensure that all documents provided by the customer for completion the card applications are duly checked and forwarded to the relevant bank officers

Follow up for documents discrepancies which have been approved as deferrals
Handle and resolve complains.
Achieve the target of selling Vodafone products.
Receive complains and find solutions.
Try to satisfy the customer by helping him and achieve his needs.
Inform customers with data and details.
