Recruitment: Coordinating the recruitment process closely cooperating with recruitment team including but not limited
to CV search and screening (if required), arranging and conducting interviews, issuing Job offers, preparing needful pre-
hiring documents and follow up with candidate till the joining date.
* Employee Relations:
Provide escalation support to ensure all queries related to employees are addressed in a prompt manner, assist in
investigating and conducting disciplinary cases.
Execute all administrative circulars and decisions (e.g. promotion, transfer, penalties, loans), and prepare employees’
action letters.
Verify payments to employees (e.g. expense claims, car loans, advanced payments), obtains required approvals. Oversee
and maintain employees` leave and attendance records for payroll purposes.
Provide support to employees during onboarding, employment term and exit process.
* Policies, Systems & Procedures Implementation: Assist in developing the Employee Relations policies, procedures and
guidelines in alignment with leading practices, Company goals, and ensure their proper implementation by their
circulation and providing instructions to subordinates.
Coordinate with IT team to ensure maximum utilization of the ERP and other HR related systems by assisting in
reviewing, testing implemented upgrades, to ensure that HR needs are met.

Administration & Marketing:
Assist in different parts of coordinating projects (Restaurant, Showrooms, Towers opening, designing projects)

Arrange and conduct interviews, prepare Interview Assessment Forms, select candidates for Management Approval.
Preparing and issuing Job offers, preparing needful pre-hiring documents and follow up with candidate till joining date.
* Employee relations & Payroll:
Maintain Employees` files and records and provide support to employees during onboarding, employment and exit
process.
Assist HR Manager in preparation of Company Structures and Manning guide, developing and improving HR forms,
Company Policies and Procedures, customizing ERP system based on Company needs and existing policies.
Process monthly payroll by collecting, calculating, and entering attendance information.

Monitor local market situation by screening and comparing competitors in Region/Country.
