* Assists to costumers’ questions or concerns related to the product and
demonstrate good knowledge of the product. Deal with costumer’s complaints
professionally and with restraints. Close as many deals and transactions as
possible.
* Responsible for over - all appearance pf the store. Ensuring product
availability at all time and achieving sales target of the store.
* Analyzing every aspect of the bestsellers, such us; price points, colors, styles
and availability to ensure that bestsellers reach their full potential.
* Monitoring slow sellers, taking an action to reduce the prices or set a
promotion if necessary.
* Analyzing previous season’s sales and reporting on the current season’s lines.
* Responsible for cash handling and processing payments, sales reporting and
product ordering.
* Training newly hired sales staff and providing them tips on handling the
costumers and persuading them to buy their products.
