To execute project methodology using project management tools and processes as defined by Pacific Control Systems to ensure deliverables are met and expectations are exceeded for all projects. To ensure all projects are being delivered on time, within cost and with repeatable and consistent quality.
Monitoring of performance of facility assets using a software platform and follow pre-defined
event management processes for deviations from normal performance as per the agreed service
levels.
Day to-day handling of the processes supporting Managed Services business and
Measurement & Verification processes for facility management using platform.
Responsible for initiating preventive and corrective plant and equipment maintenance.
Monitor and manage performance of the software platform across stations and systems, and
provide feedback to engineering team for further enhancements.
Interact regularly with clients to implement new and improved ways of managing facility
assets to enhance customer satisfaction.
Participate in improvement training programs addressing the needs of Control Room Operations.
Provide offline engineering support to the site team during installation and integration of new sites.
Monitoring of equipments (Chillers, FAHUs, Pumps, AHUs and Touch Screen Panel) alarms for all sites connected.
Monitoring of Vehicles through RMS (Remote Monitoring System).
Produce reports as required to demonstrate effectiveness of PCS Projects and initiatives such as but not limited to the following:
a. Ensure Daily and Monthly are prepared, checked and sent on time
b. Other reporting requirements as required by vertical
c. Respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming inquiries, by telephone and email

• Establish and continuously improve production processes and equipment.
• Practical experience in manufacturing/engineering environment.
• Ensures good quality output based on defined parameters and control on-time
delivery of products.
• Ensures production downtimes are properly recorded and attended.
• Perform minor tool set-up and machine adjustment.
• Take lead role in improvement programs like SPC, TPM and 5S.
• Reports to manufacturing supervisor and observe line abnormalities, whether it is
machine, process or material
• Escalate problem (s) encountered to manufacturing supervisor.
• Assist other engineers (process, maintenance, IE) during evaluations.
• Support other production area as deemed necessary by manufacturing supervisor.
• Monitor Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) improvement by identifying tool issues and escalate it to Equipment Engineering team to meet the goals.
• Process improvements through spec audits, process flow simplification and engineering 5s.
• Collect Data and analyze it using statistical tools such as
Control charts, 8D, OCAP, RCCA, FMEA, IVM, Why-why analysis, COV and MSA-P/T.
