Act as point of contact between internal & External client, reporting directly to the CEO.
Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the company.
Manages the day-to-day administrative affairs of the president’s office, scheduling all appointments, conferences and speaking engagements and other commitments; handles changes or cancellations as deemed necessary and/or appropriate
Serves as a liaison to the senior management to the CEO vice versa.
Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities & following up appropriately.
Responsible for editing documents and presentations, entering and updating employee information into company databases, preparing employment packages, handling benefits information and processing termination paperwork. These professionals also assist HR staff with specified projects, such as planning company events.
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
