Understand the project requirements and scope executing to meet the management goal with client
satisfaction within agreed time limits.
• Ensure and execute the deliverables as per approved Quality and Safety plan.

• Manage project coordination with ARAMCO PMTC/ Respective vendor and all concerned
authorities.
• Participate and leading weekly EPC, Procurement, and quality meetings as per the contractor
obligations,
• Ensure and monitor the proper communications with all the stakeholders’ requirements
• Taking necessary actions to meet project agreed deliverables.
• Involving scope changes and monitoring subsequent analysis.
• Involving commercial official negotiations with stake holders
• Coordinating, supervising with project team, vendors, manufacture, and suppliers frequently to meet

Manage project coordination with ARAMCO PMTC/ Respective vendor and all concerned authorities.

Supervise & Given input for Energizations Packages & SPDT (Spare Parts Data Package)
Coordinating and supervising the project team and ensure the work complies with project requirements. Provide cost effective solution for design issues& review and check design drawing and Contracted document.
Coordinate with respective Civil, Electrical, Instrument, Telecom & HVAC team to execution, material issues, drawing issues, testing of cables & equipment’s. Execution & field technical issues resolving with discuss & coordination with Aramco PMTC team.
Establish Method of statements, Technical Queries, Field change issues. Check and approve composite drawings and Review Contractor’s qualification. Review and comments of site reports, respond to Contractor’s queries. Review and Approve shop & as built drawings with project color coding notification respond to project manager memo and clarification. Attend coordination meeting and issue monthly report & Monitoring and analyze project schedule & resources Assist and approve the testing & commissioning and test results. Assist to Supervise for MV, LV & control cable laying, route, trench excavation, testing & up to backfilling & termination activities. Coordinate with safety team to getting Permit to work & to ensure site safety concerns to resolve to avoid any delay in construction activities. Coordinate with design team to provide & get to Project team to received concerns drawing to carry out execution activities. Coordinate with design team to resolve outstanding design issues of Lay out drawings, cable schedules, SLD, conduit & trenching layouts, equipment’s foundation drawings etc... Assist to Prepare all the kind of test reports formats and Final Hand over documents

Surveillance Inspection will be carried out on daily basis for ongoing activities work in all area at site to avoid reworks.

Internal inspection will be carried out prior to offer client inspection for avoid any violation.
Responsible to Submit Request for Inspections (RFIs) as per applicable ITP and Check list and test reports.
Responsible to prepare & submit offered inspection test reports & respective activities checklist for costumer endorsement for acceptance.
Coordination with subcontractor & Client to assure respective offered inspection acceptance with compliance of standard requirements.
Responsible to inspect the ongoing site activities and material receiving inspections as per applicable customer requirements.
Responsible to issue the INCRs if found any discrepancy as per applicable customer and applicable Standards requirements.
Responsible to prepare all the inspection test results and maintain the quality relevant documents.
Carried out Inspections of Underground & above ground cable routes as per approved drawings.
Conduct inspection of cable pulling routes as per approved Schedules.
Responsible to witness Continuity, IR& Hi-Pot test of LV & MV cables.
Conducted inspection for LV, MV & HV cable Glanding, Termination, Splicing & testing. (Up to 33KV)
Installation inspection and Solo Run Testing of LV and MV Motors.
Installation inspections for the LV & MV Switchgears, MCCs, Panel Boards, Lighting Panels, Transformers and motors.
Awareness of Electrical Hazardous area classification and responsible to conduct the installation and testing activities inspections in hazardous and nonhazardous location.
Installation inspection of convenience outlets, welding receptacles, switches.
Carry out Inspection of grounding cable laying, and cad welding activities.
Conducted inspection of installation of grounding rods, grounding Bus-bars and concrete pits & testing activities.
Carried out inspection of lighting System installation & testing.
Carried out Inspection of HVAC related equipment’s Installation & testing (Chemical Filter Unit, Air Handling Unit, Exhaust fans, Bleed fans

Conduct in-process inspection for installation of MOV & testing.
Responsible for the preparation for the Electrical Power Energization packages of respective system and maintain all the documents.
Verify & closing MCC punch list with coordination of client.
