• Manage, coordinate and maintain calendar of CEO including appointments, meetings.
• Monitor and respond to incoming communications (including complaints) to CEOs office including phone calls, emails and walk-ins.
• Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with CEO.
• Secretarial support for meetings, including drafting, preparing minutes, communicating meeting reminders.
• Writing and distributing comprehensive minutes and action points to all members post meeting.
• Preparing sales reports.
• Reviewing all reports before presenting them to CEO.
• Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and Provide general administrative support.
