I used to work as a customer complaint specialist, investigating for mistakes and complaints, and writing reports about these complaints.
I work as an outbound agent partially sales agent trying to seak customer's satisfaction and updating customer's data on the system. Lately also responsible for my team members acting as a delegate for the team.
