- Managing assigned customers’ transition from the Business Development group during customer implementation.
- Working on Existing Project called Next Step, It is a Real Estate Exhibition.
My role was dealing with the real estate companies to rent their locations at our exhibition, managing the exhibition marketing campaign, supervising the event production and operation before and during the exhibition and getting clients' feedback after the exhibition.
- Targeting new clients and managing all their requirements for approaching the client satisfaction.
- Helping DEAL business development team to enhance our brand equity, develop our services and improve our internal processes.
I worked with Moody Media House as an account manager to manage work with their own clients by enhancing the relation between the company and clients to make it deeper on the long term and creating a good atmosphere for cooperation by working on:
1) Dealing with the clients by calls, meetings and follow up until getting the deal.
2) Managing the job operations inside the company by preparing quotations, work orders, and following up until delivering the product.
I worked with DEAL under series of exhibitions called NEXT STEP ( Real Estate Exhibitions ) as an account executive to facilitate the existence of big variety for the guests by participating real estate companies, Also to let the exhibition be a type of direct marketing for the exhibitors and sponsors by working on,
1) Building simple presentation include the concept of the exhibition, location details and marketing plan.
2) Dealing with real estate companies by calls, meetings and follow up until the contract held.
3) Supervising before and during the exhibition to serve all our clients needs and make sure that they got their targets.

I graduated from faculty of applied arts , textile printing, dyeing and finishing department with general grade GOOD 73% and final project grade VERY GOOD 80% .
