Supervision of disassemble modification & montage of different elements by colon 51-D-103 & Colon 51-T-101 and installation of a new vessel at the plant to increase the production of gas. As a Site Supervisor responsible for the arias mechanical, piping and welding. Take care of progress, deadlines and schedule (progress management). According to specifications and norms (quality management). Responsible for operational people, supervision, give order and advise, coaching on the job. Supervision of the necessary safety procedures in the area. Administration of work hours, material. Participate meetings with subcontractor, contractor and vendor in able to manage the progress of the project (communication management).

2016 May- Augustus Project: TOTAL OPTARA project.
Position: Commissioning superintendent.
Review methods of statement required performing each activity. Meeting with the vendor.
Manage the stock of spare part, tools, consumable and resources during the commissioning.
Manage with construction team to avoiding conflicts with commissioning activities.
Verify the coordination of different disciplines to perform the operational test of the piping, rotating and static equipment.

Support the Mechanical manager on site, ensuring that the Construction Contractor is fully conversant with all company project Rotating & Static Mechanical Equipment related standards and procedures.
Undertake regular site visits to assess the work quality and delivery of the Construction Contractor, and intervene as appropriate to ensure that activities progress in line with the project schedule.
Supervise the following Site static & Rotating Mechanical Equipment interfaces and ensure that Company - Project standards and procedures are fully aligned:
- Company & Construction Contractor
- Construction Contractor / Sub-contractors
- Rotating & Static Mechanical Equipment Vendors representatives & construction site personnel
Support the Mechanical and other Discipline on all aspects of Mechanical Rotating Equipment activities and ensure that interfaces with other disciplines are managed effectively.
Take care about the safety on site and give advice to operational people as required.

Make sure safety procedures are followed. Give advice to the head of departments about procedures and technical issues. Organise meetings with departments and benefitted. Keep administration of the progress and taken actions of all benefits, priorities and delegation of actions to be taken.
