PROJECT ASSIGNED:
Prepare documentation of employee/labor related cases.
Assist in execution of compensation and benefits process.
Provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
Handling, Develop and Maintain up to date 201 files records
(personnel files)
Administer the employment process as per existing Company Policy.
Maintain Confidentiality of HR record/documents/file.
Keep accurate records of all opening jobs in the system.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS.
Plans and implements employee recruitment and selection process.
develops and conducts outreach recruitment programs to obtain qualified candidates.
screens applications for qualifications.
Coordinate the recruitment service- search firms, job website, commercial advertising.
Post job opening on the web sites as needed.
Review all incoming resumes and distribute to the hiring managers.
Coordinate the schedule of phone interview if necessary.
Coordinate the schedule of interview to the hiring manager.
Prepare the appropriate documents of the candidate for the interview ( CV, School Credentials, Employment Certificate and other supporting paper).
Checking and verification of application form and selection.
responds to applicant and candidate questions and concerns; generates notices to applicants and candidates.
ON BOARDING PROCESS.
Conduct orientation to the new arrivals.
Coordinate employees new hire package.
Prepare new hire document for his Project ID, Gate passes.
Prepare the formalities for newly hired ( accommodations, temporary RP and driving license).
Camp monitoring and Controlling management.
Implement efficient usage of company provided. accommodations by generating necessary policies and procedures.
1. Directs administrative works such as processing of, employees Project ID/Gate Passes, work permit and issuance of Original IQAMA.
2. Screening and processing of Leave Travel Application of all employees on site.
3. Direct preparation and updating of employees record on site and documentation of related file.
4. Screening and Endorsing of all employees Performance Evaluation Sheet to H.Q. for approval.
5. Prepare transportation for all vacationers and dispatch to other project on demobilization and mobilization
6. Giving assistance on employee grievances on salaries, food and accommodation and other related cases.
7. Investigate and impose penalties for those violating the Company rules and Regulation.
8. Perform other duties as required and instructed by Project Manager.
