1. Plan, Control, Monitor, Coordinate and lead all activities pertaining to Instrumentation works.
2. Plan the daily work schedule of workers and shifting schedule.
3. Supervise and control team of lead men, technicians and utility workers.
4. Responsible in the implementation of Preventive Maintenance Schedule of machineries and equipment.
5. Responsible in the immediate action and completion on repair, troubleshooting and abnormality on machineries, equipment and proper turnover of work.
6. Responsible in the preparation, monitoring, and implementation of daily inspection checklist, working manuals, and updating of records/machine history.
7. Responsible in the arrangement, sorting, and proper labelling of good and no good items.
8. Prepare requisition of parts, tools, equipment and supplies.
9. Ensures inventory list of parts, tools, equipment and supplies are updated and safekeeping.
10. Ensures all work are properly implemented, procedures are followed as per instruction, cleanliness and safety to workers.
11. Coordinate with other department for any maintenance work.
12. Report to immediate superior any problems at work area.
13. Assist the immediate superior in coordination on new machine set-up, new procedure on repair from supplier and documentation of work.
14. Periodically taking backups from Servers, client systems and PLC Programs as per the Schedules.
15. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly work report.
16. Submit monthly target.
17. Train new workers, recommend workers for promotion and disciplinary action.
18. Recommend cost reduction program, increasing workers and machine efficiency.
19. Perform other jobs that will be assigned from time to time.
1. Maintenance and Repair of all electronic related machines, testers, instruments and equipment
2. Troubleshooting of defective products (electronic related problems).
3.Regular calibration of Inspection, Test, and Measuring Equipment
4. Maintenance of Coordinate Measuring Machine and other Measuring Equipment
5. Technical Support and Main Programmer for Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
6. Submit daily, weekly, monthly reports
