Appointed to lead the external areas and its diverse projects for all Jumeirah Group Beach front Properties/Hotels including Madinat Jumeirah (Al Qasr, Dar Al Masyaf, Mina A’Salam, Jumeirah Al Naseem, Madinat Souk & C&I), Jumeirah Beach Hotel (incl. Beit Al Bahar Villas & Burj Al Arab.
Overseeing the external upkeep of all the properties as well as project development, design, management & supervision for internal and capital projects, like new swimming pools, internal infrastructure projects, external area refurbishments, restaurant enhancements, the construction of Burj Al Arab’s mirror façade - SAL, TSE Irrigation extension resort-wide, and enhancing the overall soft & hard landscaping including its irrigation, as well as implementing new external lighting, signage, etc.

A branch of the world-renowned Australian based company who has designed and built more than 700 skate and action parks worldwide. With the flagship project in the GCC, The X-Dubai Skatepark, Convic is showing strong local as well as MENA presence.
Besides managing projects (pre-mobilization stage), in the period of working with CONVIC, I was able to successfully work out great project cost savings, implementing new procurement strategies & appointing high-quality suppliers & subcontractors, negotiated current contracts and strongly supported the commercial & business development with brining in potential project leads, and exploring new valuable markets overseas.
Responsible all operations and business development, commercial tasks, and for project development and executions. The role directly works alongside the General Manager, managing a team of 135+ full time in addition to various sub-contractors and up to 200 staff in labor supply. Besides all technical operational activities, I was in charge for all Marketing & Advertising (Web, SEO, etc.)
Implemented a professional business development and project execution methodology, which resulted in substantial increases for commercial and residential clients.
In partnership successfully established a company, which specialized in fully customized stainless steel, glass and light features for residential and commercial projects, as well as high-end turnkey interior works.
In charge of all customer acquisitions, business development, technical support, project and admin operations. Also responsible for all commercial aspects, logistics, events, advertising and marketing activities. Successfully branded the name and its product range to the local market.
