Position: 1st Technician Kitchen and Laundry Equipment
(Team leader)
Area of Work: Royal Palaces, Hospitals, 5* Hotels, Military Base and Resorts
Main Duties
• Team Leader in our working Site
• Perform paper works ISO 9001; such as: Daily accomplishment report, Scheduling Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-annual and yearly preventive maintenance of all equipments.
• Prepare and submit periodic evaluation/recommendation of work performance of new service personnel in our department
• Diagnose faulty equipment and perform advanced trouble shooting minor and major repair, order materials thru materials request and direct purchase.
• Adjust safety device and calibrate measuring instrument, overhaul major equipment if necessary
• Perform testing and commissioning of new installation
• Use special tools and instruments and order spare parts.
Responsibilities
Perform the main duties noted above on the following System/Equipment as required. Checked and repair:
• Kitchen Equipment (Gas and Electric Range Cookers, Oven, Dishwasher, Frying Pan electric and Gas, Deep fryer; Industrial, commercial and domestic equipment, Refrigerators) and the likes
• Laundry Equipment (Washing Machine, Bed Sheet Folder, Press Machine, Dryer, Dry cleaning Machine, Vacuum, Steam boiler, Pumps motor, Industrial, Commercial and domestic equipment and the likes.
• Cold Rooms Storage positive & negative temperature
• Industrial Refrigeration and the likes
• Power supply / panel board, Breakers, Contractors, Auxiliary, Timers, Gas Regulator, lightings and the likes
• Others (Ventilations /Exhaust, Water Heater, Water Cooler, Cold Room Storage)
• Lighting fixtures installation, switches, photocells, switch gear low and medium voltage
COMPANY: REPUBLIC FLOUR MILLS \nMarch 7, 1194 to August 3, 1994 \nPosition: Junior Electrical Technician \n \nDuties and Responsibilities \n• Installation of 3 Phase Motor with rating of 150HP and 300HP, 440VAC and was controlled by PLC design \n• Assist and carry out the installation of electrical pipe, Panel board, Circuit wiring based on diagram given \n• Overhauling of motor and replaced bearing if necessary to prevent burn windings \n• Installation of AC motor single phase, three phase and its controlled Wye delta, reverse forward and across the line \n• Performed other duties entrusted to me by my superior \n• Maintain lighting facilities and the likes
Duties and Responsibilities \n• Direct and supervise electrical and other maintenance activities \n• Ensures timely and efficient manpower development through service schedule assignment \n• Oversees proper quality works and accomplishment of each Job activities \n• Prepare and submit periodic evaluation/recommendation of work performance and attitude of all service personnel under my department \n• Prepare and submit on time the daily performance report (DPR) or Daily accomplishment report (DAR) \n• Establish electrical maintenance program to minimize maintenance cost of company equipment \n• Perform other work related duties as may assigned by my immediate superior as they need arise \n• Responsible for all entire electrical problem of each job site project and facilities

Duties and Responsibilities \n• Record and file Daily Performance Report \n• Responsible for repair such as: Washing Machine, Driers, Extractors, Boilers, Dry Cleaning Machine, Vacuum, Water pump motor and its control, Tagging machine and other Laundry Equipments \n• Responsible for the entire Electrical problems such as: Lighting Facilities, Replace defective lighting accessories, Relocate and installed telephone, Intercom, Smoke detector and Emergency light. \n• Carrying out Mechanical Pipe and other work activities \n• Performed other duties entrusted by my superior
Duties and Responsibilities \n• Responsible for the installation of Circuit homerun, ACU circuit, Outlet circuit, Service entrance, Panel board, Telecom and intercom line and the likes. \n• Assist and carry out the installation of Generator \n• Responsible for wiring based on our project \n• Updating Electrical design based on electrical loading \n• Responsible for Electrical lay-out, Trouble shooting, Testing and Commissioning \n• Performed Daily schedule of Electrical works to lead my co-workers based on our project to maintain the good performance of work and assigned them for their specific electrical work \n• Purchaser of Material if necessary

Duties and Responsibilities \n• Responsible for maintaining electrical apparatus such as:' Motors AC/DC Generators, Control Cabinet and Wiring devices \n• Replace bearing and carbon brushes of DC motors \n• Monitor electrical problems of heavy equipments such as: wiring termination, bolt terminal tightening, lighting of electrical equipment, melting contract point, armature, alternator and battery \n• Assist for rewinding motor
