Perform data entry of financial documents (account payable invoices, pre/payments (checks, wire), debit/credit memos, receipts, and fixed assets)
Enter the currencies rate on the system daily
Perform necessary reconciliations (transitory accounts, suppliers SOA) and report discrepancies to direct supervisor
Prepare maturity list weekly, after checking prepayment reports
Submit to the operations team under the supervision of the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager the needed financial exercises, statistics, analysis and trends
Work closely with the accounting team to improve month end closure, enhance accounts mapping and allocations and ensure timely submission of needed reports from the accounting department
Assist in the preparation and submission of financial statements as per set deadlines and templates
