‐ Planning and setting erection sequence for precast elements in coordination with civil
team.
‐ Managing and supervising stock yard arrangement and handing over for all precast
elements according to the erection sequence/schedule.

deadlines are met.

total 196 Raker beams Erected on a Cast in place Columns, 5282 Precast Bleachers, 200
Post tension slab and 80, 000 m2 HCS with total budget of 5.0 Billion EGP.
‐ Involved in commercial and tendering stage, Overseeing structural proposal,
Estimation, negotiation and building relationships with clients to establish new
contracts.
‐ Handling Design stage, overseeing design staff in coordination with planning engineers
to ensure submittals complying with program of work.
‐ Following up with client/third parties in coordination with engineering department to
get submittal’s approvals and move to production stage.
‐ Supervising and Monitoring site activities to make sure that site is always ahead, ready
to receive precast elements to ensure smooth erection stage.
‐ Organizing /distributing site manpower, resources and equipment on daily activity,
enforcing sufficient resources complying with program of work.
‐ Monitoring production & site daily reports, enforcing work flow within projects
budget.
‐ Overseeing staff, suppliers, and contractors to ensure that deadlines are met.
‐ Make sure stakeholders adhere to and understand contractual obligations, and also
determine when processes violate regulations.
‐ Preparing Invoices and extension of time/variation claims and following up collection
process.

Perform height-rise structural design and analysis using international standard (ACI)
Prepare computerized Structural model includes finite element modeling for analysis.
Provide drawing for own designs and produce sketches.
Projects:
Sanaya Towers, The project consists of two very slender, high-rise buildings, both of which are 223 m high. Based on a rectangular floor plan the buildings are slightly inclined in a lengthwise direction.
Salhia Tower, the project is approximately 140 m high and has a diameter of roughly 66 m. Three floors below grade have an extended foot print and occupy the entire site. The above grade floors in the lower third of the tower are full circular post tensioned slabs. In the upper two thirds of the tower the large atriums divide the structure into three office tower segments at the perimeter and a central core. At the roof level these segments are structurally connected. The three distinct office components are reached via bridges extending from the central core.
