Duties and Responsibilities
• Fosters customer centric culture, where the full energy and activity of the store team are focused on delivering highly satisfying customer experiences
• Customer Sales Lead- KPI's -Conversion/ ATV/ IPC/ footfall monitoring and target setting
• Maximizes sales potential by spending 80 % of scheduled time on the sales floor.
• Demonstrate excellent customer sales lead
• Leads best at initiatives with a focus on current selling strategies
• Gains business insight for the assigned category and creates SMART action plan that improves execution and results.
• Analyzes customer experience reports and insights and mobilizes the team accordingly.
• Displays expert product knowledge of assigned category and general knowledge of all category
• Conducts CSL and Associate observation and provides feedback and coaching
• Supports optimization of the labor schedule by ensuring appropriate associate skills and
availability
• Manages customer relations issues
• Creating the Store weekly focus, trade feedback, mid week feedback and weekly trading plan based on the results.
• Conducts floor walk with the store manager and VM manager to identify strengths and
opportunities in terms if product displays through customer feedback
• Deputize the Customer Experience manager.
• Supports development and implementation of store strategy to reduce shrink
