Leading 2 Technical documentation projects in Automotive industry for all types of vehicles including Passenger Cars, Commercial Vehicles, Trucks, Buses and also heavy duty equipment.
- Lubricants industry standards and regulations, such as API, ASME, and ISO;
- Working on OE documentation manuals expecially on spare parts, labour times, maintenance, oils and capacities;
- Planning the work based on the requirements from our clients, market study, the market trend and new technologies (predominant for EU market but also other regions);
- Study on all types of vehicles (internal combustion; HEV; PHEV; FCEV);
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies;
- Ensure compliance with project management best practices and standards;
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders on project status and performance;
- Utilize data analytics to inform project decisions and optimize processes;
- Ability to delegate work for the team members based on their seniority level;
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery;
- Responsible for the personal development and performance of the team members;
- Ensure that the team members will receive technical assistance and training to fulfil their jobs;
- Recognise opportunities and initiate projects to improve our database contents, data entry speed and improve the overall quality of our data;
- Confluence standards and guidelines pages follow up and update;
- Apply Performance Cycle and Agile methodology in the department;
- Customer claims monitoring and resolving via JIRA;
- Occasionally technical interview with future employees;
- Team appraisals and annual budgeting.
Project management tools used : Confluence, JIRA, Power-Bi, Agile, AWS, Sharepoint, Teams.
- Collecting technical documentation for all the parts of the vehicle from the manufacturers website (OE) on passenger cars/LCV, trucks and motorcycles;
- Training the new colleagues and observing their activity in order to be efficient;
- Check/update and respond to customer requests via Jira;
- Quality control /Checking.
- Fault finding visually and hearing with the customer;
- Establishing repair time and cost;
- Maintaining professional relationship with customers while their car is in the workshop;
- Explaining the invoices and work that have been performed;
- Order necessary parts;
- Liaising with service personnel, and service partners;
- Weekly reporting to the general manager.
