Coordinating, building, and integrating the security systems in Midfield Terminal Building in Abu Dhabi International Airport, UAE under TCA Joint venture (Main contractor).
It consists of access control systems (more than 4500 units), video surveillance systems (more than 8000 cameras), Integrated Video Analytics, PSIM - Physical Security Information System, LPR - License plate recognition system, FR - Face Recognition system, Under Vehicle Scanning system, Road Blockers, and Barriers, Physical Security Operation Centre.
I am in command of 10 site engineers and a subcontractor (more than 300 staff) for construction activities in all stages (WIRs) & commissioning activities (ATPs and CIR) and taking part in all required building tests (Cause & Effect, ORAT, ISAT, Performance test, etc).

I managed the ELV and Security Systems Department that includes CCTV - more than 2000 video cameras, Fire detection system - a vast network of 32 FA Panels with more than, EVAC, PAVA and ambient sound system - large scale, Access Control with more than 1K control panels, Carbon Monoxide detection system for the underground parking area and more than 200 Intruder Alarms.
I was in charge of construction and design activities, making sure the security systems and fire alarm detection design are correctly applied, verifying against the IFC, verifying sizing, calculations, for development of the existing project, s and for the newly added projects following the modernization scheme.
Ensure that the coordination with other disciplines (MEP and Civil) is performed in the requested timeline.

• For a brief period, I was part of the Jadec team, in Belgium, a full and part-time job and experience exchange. I took part in a few security systems projects, such as:

- Magnetrol factory found in Zele, Belgium - I took part in the installation and commissioning of the Fire detection system, CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm system;
- Technological Park found in Gent, Belgium - new building - I have been part of the team who made the installation and commission of Fire detection system, video surveillance, and the access control system,
- Securex, Brussel - HR specialist - I followed service and maintenance activities for the CCTV system, parking system, intruder alarm, and access control systems.
- German Embassy in Brussel -I have been part of the team who made the intruder alarm system and access control - integrated security system and CCTV
The projects were made according to European standards and norms

I was a fire and security systems Project coordinator for numerous large and medium projects in Romania. including Bank Agencies, Malls, Petrol Stations, Communication sites, and others.
One of the biggest projects was PALAS MALL Iasi, section AB, including 5 underground parking levels with a capacity of 2000 parking lots, 2 shopping levels with more than 100 shops, and 2 levels for multiple conference rooms and offices.
I was responsible for the coordination of five implementing teams (more than 50 people) for CCTV systems - more than 1000 video cameras, fire detection systems - more than 40000 detectors, PAVA systems - more than 2000 loudspeakers, carbon monoxide detection systems for underground parking areas - more than 800 detectors, IT network systems, access control - around 1000 doors, in all construction and commissioning stages, following the approved design.
Other significant roles:
I was responsible for identifying problems in the security systems package (in all stages: design, implementation, and commissioning), taking the lead on developing solutions and ensuring solutions are implemented by the team; arranging weekly site status reports, and highlighting key elements to enable proper progress on site

Other projects:
IULIUS MALL Iasi - part of Iulius Group:
• I Managed and supervised the installation of a new fire detection system. I implemented 4 fire panels with more than 4000 detectors, manual call points, sounders, and strobes. Work duration: almost 1 year.
MOL Romania - a subsidiary of MOL HUNGARY - petrol stations - I was responsible for developing and implementing a security systems package for 12 gas stations including intrusion detection systems, access control systems, video surveillance systems, fire detection systems, public address systems.
BRD SOCIETE GENERALE- a subsidiary of the Bank Group Société Generale France - I was developing and implementing a security systems package for more than 200 new small bank agencies in Romania, NE region. I made installation and commissioning, together with my team for over 2500 video cameras, 1000 control access filters, 250 intrusion systems (at least 40 detectors per system), and 250 fire detection systems.
VOLKSBANK Romania, a subsidiary of VOLKSBANK Austria - I was responsible for developing and implementing security systems for 24 new agencies in all around Romania. I coordinated the installation activities with subcontractors for over 250 video cameras, 100 access control doors, 24 intrusion systems (at least 50 detectors per system), and 24 fire detection systems with almost 500 smoke detectors.
ORANGE Romania - Mobile telephony services provider, communication site Bacau. I made the security systems design and developed an access control system with 30 filters, a video surveillance system with more than 50 cameras, and an intrusion system with more than 100 detectors.

SERVICE ENGINEER (3 years):

• Complete preventive, corrective and intensive maintenance, increasing and updates for fire and security systems: Video Surveillance systems, Intrusion detection systems, Access Control systems, Fire Detection systems, PAVA. I serviced bank agencies and financial institutes, hypermarkets, hydropower plants, malls, and Romanian Transmission and System Operator (TSO) networks for the electricity market.

Installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of more than 200 intruder alarm systems, CCTV, access control systems, fire detection systems, motorized gates, swing gates, turnstiles, barriers, booms, road blockers, and so on for various big, medium, and small clients.
