• Design Commercial offers from Feasibility between IT & Marketing to (Deployment, HLD, LLD, Testing & Checking CDRs based on SDD from Marketing) like (Block MMS Roaming, Boosting Data, Unlimited Offer, Hello Taxi MIFI, Data Employee, Family Mall Suly, Data Roaming, Free Basics Cap Limitation …etc.)
• Defining MSISDN for (Marketing, Customer Care & Revenue Assurance) before Testing.
• Commercial Offer Implementations E2E like (WhatsApp, 3G New Areas, POS Basket, EIF, Bundle 3, Arba3eenya, Free Basics, Roaming MCC MNC, WhatsApp SMS, ...etc.).
• Supporting Operation Team at Night for Deploying Offers.
• Configuring & Isolating IT-BSS Nodes on IPeBot like (SDP, CCN, USSD, GGSN ...etc.).
• Support other teams for defining Report streams on IPeBot like (GPRS, VAS).
• Daily Direct Reports to CTIO, IT Directors, IT Managers, Operation Director, Planning Director, RAN Director, RAN Manager, RF Optimizations, BSS Operations & Marketing Director … etc.
• Provide on-site Operation and Support for Charging System nodes.
• Timely Resolution of Escalated Problem & Trouble Tickets.
• Routine Monitoring & Sanity Checks for Proper Operation of GPRS Nodes, Products & Services.
• Debugging of Issues. Provide Sufficient Data (logs, configurations, traces).
• Follow up Raised CSR on daily basis.
• Support Business Units with all Promotional Configuration, inquiries and testing.
• Fix HW issues and isolate Charging nodes (CCN, SDP, AIR, IVR & VS).
• Support CC Department for Problem Solving.
• Preparing Weekly Management Report (KPI).
• Deploying offers at Night.
• Daily Health Check for Charging System Nodes.
• Daily Monitoring Reports & Analyzing Data.
