Coordinate maintenance requests received through phone and email to the concerned team for action.
* Outsource quotation works for Carpentry, Bath tub replacements,
Painting, Pest Control, Glass and Aluminium Works.
* Follow up with the sub-contractors to complete the works before deadline.
* Receive invoices and submit in accounts for payment.
* Prepare daily maintenance sheets and monthly reports for manager.
* Schedule inspection of vacated flats by tenant with the inspection team.
* Submit the reports to accounts department to process security deposit cheque refund.
* Receive and get approval for new contracts for garbage collection, pest control, elevator maintenance, AC maintenance for our buildings.
* Undertake damage control whenever there is a delay in completion of maintenance due to unforeseen circumstances.
* Receiving calls and emails inquiring for properties in Dubai and Home Finance.
* Check and update each bank’s new procedures and policies for Home Finance.
* Fill the forms and make the documents ready for Home Finance application to submit in bank.
* Follow up with the bank agent regarding the application status.
* Advise other alternatives to the clients if the applications are rejected from bank.
* Contact prospective clients through the database provided by the company.
* Coordinating with walk-in passengers to book tickets based on availability.
* Modification of existing tickets with regard to adding services like meals, seat selection, extra baggage allowance, travel insurance.
* Attending to request from various travel agencies for group bookings during Umrah and Hajj season.
* Attending to passenger and agency queries and finding best possible solution.
* Making weekly reports based on weekly sales and passenger movement.
