Finance Coordinator, British Council - Kuwait

Task and Responsibilities:
* Cash Handling - Receive and verify cash over the counter on a daily basis, post cash journals on SAP, including petty cash payments.
* Issuing Purchase Order on SAP
* Reconciling Bank Accounts for income and payments
* Preparation of monthly Payroll
* Prepare Cash flow forecast on a monthly basis
* Fixed Asset Records for British Council inventory
* Prepare monthly financial reports for business risk meetings
* Preparation of Financial plans
* Monitoring logistics for delegates
* Prepare official contracts and offer letters and maintaining staff leave records
* Administer internal staff survey and questionnaires, collate and communicate results
* Maintain stock of accountable stationery and responsible for placing an annual orders
* Support operational teams to obtain visa for staff members and arrival of delegates
* Coordinate with Accounts receivable and accounts payable in Delhi hub
* Process payments to vendors, supplier, staff members, invigilators and Examiners via cheques or Electronic transfers
