For Import
Coordinating with Supplier for Import Shipment from KSA and/or China by getting shipping documents such as AWB/Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO.
Checking all the details in shipping documents if all as per agreement/shipping instructions such as Shipping Term (CIF, FOB, Ex-works), HS Code, Unit Cost, Consignee Details, POD.
Follow up for ETA of Import shipment to notify agent for preparation in clearance in port.
Coordinating with Warehouse Team for counting the received stocks against the packing list.
Updating stock report with the latest shipment received from Import.
Update Sales Team for the latest stock report for any local or export orders.
For Export
Preparing Proforma Invoice for the available stocks that can be supplied for the customer.
Getting Purchase order and send an order file to warehouse team for Order preparation.
Sending complete information of Delivery details of the customer & customer’s instructions for the order such as bundle items, packaging wise.
Checking the draft commercial invoice and packing list for preparation of COO, COC (if required), and BOE to export the goods in the destination.
Sending export documents to customer for awareness of shipment in transit.
For Admin and HR
Processing of Company’s Trade License renewal, Establishment Card renewal, P.O Box Renewal.
Processing the Renewal of Office Tenancy/Ejari.
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for
the upper management
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters,
packages etc.)
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when
necessary
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as
assigned
Provide counseling on policies and procedures
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job
descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
Coordinating with PRO for visa processing of employees.
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Develop training and development programs
Assist in performance management processes.
Monitoring all Employment Visa Status, Passport, Labour Card
and Emirates I.D validation.
Maintaining and monitoring attendance, annual leave and
sick leave report for office and warehouse staff.
Maintaining and preparing for staff’s reimbursement.
Monitoring office expenses (office supplies, office bills)
Maintaining company’s confidential documents.
Monitoring the validity of Company’s Document. (Trade
License, Office Rental).
Facilitating for vehicle renewal for Insurance and Mulkiya.
•Monitoring daily the Debtors Statement of Account.
• Guarantees that customer pays on time and follow up daily for the overdue invoices by sending mails and over telephone calls.
• Monitoring if the customer has Credit Application approve base on the standards of our company.
• Providing accurate advice on bill query.
• Prepares month end reports for all Payables and Receivables.
• Assisting our finance manager in verifying monthly debtors and creditor’s statement of account.• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Validates financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

wrapping, size, handling, and weight of parcels.
Reviews shipper's accounts to identify problems, such as
overdue accounts, proposed changes in pickup and delivery
schedules, failure of shipper to follow parcel wrapping and
handling requirements, and frequency and type of shipper's
claims.
Calls on shipper's representatives to discuss and resolve
problems.
Represent ASL services

I was graduated at STI COLLEGE CALOOCAN with a 4 year Degree course in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Operations Management.
