Job Description: ➢ Emphasizes Knowledge, skills, and capabilities than an employee should possess.
➢ Describes clearly the specific duties and responsibilities of an employee in accordance to written policies and Standard operating Procedures (SOP)
Duties and Responsibilities: ➢ Assists the Pharmacist on duty (POD) during his entire shift to fulfill all requirements during production in mixing, filling, welding and autoclaving operation.
➢ Assists the Microbiologist on duty (MOD) during disinfection of sterile areas.
➢ Does wash down and clean-up of the area at the end of shift and at the end of the lot pursuant to GMP requirements on housekeeping.
➢ Assists the Quality Control Inspector (QAI) during discarding of initially filed bottles and during sampling.
➢ Assist the Engineer on duty (EOD) during cleaning of welding machine heaters.
➢ Counts and records all rejects according to its description.
➢ Welding and Capping of bottles.
➢ Attends to all functions designated to him in related to production operations.
➢ Assigned to Small Parenteral Solution ( SVP 314 Line)
➢ Assigned to Caps Moulding Assembly ( CMA Line)
➢ Assigned to Ampoules, Pedialite Line and other operation in Vials.
Seminars and Training Attended: ➢ Training on the implementation of the Standard Operating Procedures and other working procedures in the manufacturing and packaging areas.
➢ Training on the application of worksheets of daily work-in process based on implemented SOP's.
➢ Special training on the operation of equipment and or instruments.
➢ Explanation about any change / issuance of new regulation on cGMP, new product, equipment or instrument.
