• Checks and verifies correctness of credit proposals in accordance with the existing credit authority delegation guidelines.
• Responsible for the preparation of checklist and review of loan accounts for Corporate Investment Banking Group (CIBG) and Retail Banking Group (RBG) in accordance with the approved credit proposals (CP).
• Seeks approval of prepared checklist from Team Leader prior to preparation of Credit Facilities Agreement (CFA) and releasing of the Credit Proposals to Credit Support Unit (CSU)
• Coordinates with Relationship Managers (RMs) for the confirmation of CFA and ensures proper turnaround time.
• Checks and verifies accuracy and completeness of loan documents submitted by the RMs as per signed CFA and approved checklist.
• Ensures that all documents are in order prior to releasing, renewal and restructuring to CSU..
• Ensures accurate and timely delivery of monthly exception reports for each RMs.
• Ensures that all documents submitted by the RMs are properly scanned and updated in the EDMSystem.
• Regularly monitors and coordinates with RMs all expired and discrepant documents.
• Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
