An interior design company based in Dubai specializing in Corporate Designs and has been in the Market for more than 7 years catering fit out requirements in the GCC Region.
SALES AND MARKETING COORDINATOR
• Works directly under the Marketing Director of the company providing assistance of any form related to Marketing.
• Develops and conducts research on Market Trends by the use of various research tools and provide statistical data for management’s review and reference.
• Responsible for maintaining records of the pre and post sales activity which includes, but not limited to, Enquiries Logs, Daily Sales Tracker, Job Cards, Minutes of the Meetings and Material Submittal Forms.
• Directly handles and manages / assist in obtaining approvals from the respective Zoning Authorities to which a fitout project is done such as TECOM, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defense, DEWA, DMCC, etc.
• Provides Visual presentations by the use of Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop to various clients. This is done mostly with Office Furniture projects.
• Content writing for various marketing tools such as brochures, calendars, visuals, etc.
• Minute taking for meetings being held by the Marketing Department, either on site or in the office.
• Follow up on existing clients for Snag Works and/or other related enquiries with their respective projects.
• Follow up with the Sales Team on Enquiries not updated or remains open on the records.
• Prepare forms or agreements to complete sales.
• Make presentations on to groups in order to attract new clients.
• Review tender contracts and update checklist template in the system.
• Provide initial patient care and assessment.
• Assess patients and provide necessary triage.
• Perform procedures such as intubation, placing IVs and administering medications.
• Provide medical care to patients as they are transported to a medical facility in an ambulance or other form of transportation.
• Admission of patients in all cases alike.
• Assisting the doctor in Minor Surgeries done in the ER.
• Providing holistic care to clients both well and critically ill.
• Conducts health education to OPD patients.
• Taught Conversational English to Korean and Chinese in various age groups.
• Assisted University students prepare for their TOEFL Examinations needed to study abroad.
