• Provide advice to senior management on progress towards strategic goals and make recommendations for courses of action based on analysis of past performance
• KPI and monthly overview report analysis and comments for input to CFO, Managing Directors, Group Head Office and Head of Departments
• Develop relationships with business partners to provide business advice and support
• Oversee the introduction of Joint Ventures into the Indian and Kuwaiti entities including analysis and advice on financial structure incorporating local reporting requirements.
• Management of the finance team in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom, India and Spain. Including management and financial reporting
• Manage the preparation of financial information for yearly statutory financial statements adhering to IFRS requirements and liaise with external auditors to deliver reports for lodging
• Provide financial advice to CFO and MD on progress towards strategic goals and make recommendations for courses of action based on analysis of actual results
• Formulate multiple yearly and monthly budgets for both operating and capital expenditure. Completion of twelve monthly P&L forecasts for management and executive group
• Profit & Loss analysis including KPI and monthly overview report analysis and comments for input to CFO, Managing Directors, Group Head Office and Head of Departments
• Develop relationships with business partners to provide business advice and support
• Management of the finance team in the United Arab Emirates including management and financial reporting
• Oversee and review adherence to internal control system
To provide financial advice to senior management in business strategy and delivery.
To oversee the financial function of the company throughout the Middle East Region
To delivery business unit strategy and analysis against KPIs milestones
To liaise with project staff to control costs, forecasts and revenue recognition and advise on corrective actions if needed.
To upgrade existing accounting procedures to ensure accuracy of financial data.
To mentor and develop finance staff
