Lead a group of qa/qc engineer and inspector from different field (civil, electrical &
instrumentation and mechanical).
♦ Attend weekly construction walk-through and meeting with the client &
client representative.

♦ Preparation and close-out of NCR issued internally and issued by the client
including preparation of internal observation and observation issued by the

♦ Prepare and conduct material inspection with the client (SSH) and KOC
representative for the final approval of the materials being used at site by the subcontractors.
♦ Daily coordination with the client’s representative and site engineer’s to ensure
that inspections are carried out and properly documented.
♦ Preparation of daily inspection schedule (DIS) for all discipline and preparation of
inspection results to be submitted to client’s (SSH/Flour/KOC).
♦ Generate daily inspection request (IR) and prepare the required checklist and
attached the approved drawing prior to inspection. And perform the variety of
inspections to ensure the client’s requirements are being achieved.
♦ Continually carry out daily monitoring and surveillance of works at site and ensure
the installations are as per approved drawings, complied with the project technical
specification and KOC standards.
♦ Provide support and advice to the construction personnel in relation to the project
quality plan, technical project specification and standards.
♦ Maintain good record keeping of documentation and latest revision of approved
drawings at site. Ensure that the drawing at site is the latest approved drawings.
♦ Monitoring of approved material of the consultant and client and implement the
necessary material inspection at site. Ensure that the material being used at site are
as per approved materials.

Duties and Responsibilities
♦ Prepare the required Inspection &Test Plan, Checklist, and Site pre-commissioning and commissioning form to be used at site as per project requirements and standards..
♦ Check the proper and safe operation of machines by evaluating the running conditions and troubleshoot system problems as they arise.
♦ Prepare the electrical test result conducted at site and ensure that all testing required by the client are carried out and performed.

♦ Witness testing of MV cable 4.16 to 13.8KV and EHV Cable 380KV and prepares test results including punch listing and final MCCR for acceptance.
♦ Conducted installation inspection of excitation/isolation transformer, AC/DC Reactor, Station Transformer (3.0 - 5.0MVA), Auxiliary and Unit Auxiliary (57-87 MVA) and Step-up Transformer (500 -820 MVA)
♦ Witness transformer testing. (Winding resistance test, turn-ratio check, phase relation check, oil, dielectric test, transformer leak test, bucholl's relay test and auxiliary device check)
