- Preparing all relevant learner's guides for all trainees in my class.
- Conduct training for all T-Mobile products and relevant tools (DASH, ATLAS, SAMSON, C2).
- Ensure all learners are actively engaged and participating in class discussions by initiating a ring-around and question & answer portion.
- Measure learners' knowledge by conducting written and oral examinations.
- Conduct behavioral assessment through the company's DISC tool.
- Prepare End of Day (EOD) report to Leadership
- Attend weekly trainer’s meeting and relevant skill development training.
- Conducts reviews and audits to check the strict implementation of Company policies and procedures in all departments
- Issue and recommend Corrective Action Report and promotes Risk-based measures and actions against deviations
- Ensures that the organization is compliant with legal and statutory requirements
- Establishes Audit Activities and Review the status of the Non-compliant issues for the year
- Facilitate activities to ensure maintenance of company-wide ISO 9001, 27001, 45001, and ISO 22301 certification across all sites
-Continually improves and updates the compliance process of the company
Submits regular reports in a timely manner
- Acts as Internal Quality Auditor during IQA activities
- Coordinates with concerned parties in ISO Certification Requirements
- Conducts ISO Awareness and/ or QMS training
- Develops, updates, and communicates the - Compliance process-related documentation
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION SCOPE:
- Provide project support in terms of contract administration and compliance to vendor’s agreement (EPC).
- Drafting and revising contracts, which may include preparing documents for tender, negotiation of legal agreements with client or suppliers and undertaking research on topics relevant to the industry.
- Monitoring and advising on compliance with contractual obligations, including revisions to existing contracts.
- Coordinate with project/construction management team to ensure all target deadlines of the project sites are accomplished within contract terms.
- Establishing contract terms and conditions including service levels, fees and financial obligation.
- Oversee all contracts for all scopes of the project and ensure all aspect of project accomplishments including amendments are accounted and invoiced to client with the help of the QA/QC and QS engineers.
- Write cover letters, invoice and submit to client all project back-charges for any amendments and plan changes.
- Attend essential meeting with client, sub-contractor and internal meetings to outline all project contract compliances.
- Liaising with external legal practitioners and other departments to ensure deadlines and requirements of the contract are met.
- Undertaking contract analysis and providing advice to the business.
- Communicating changes in the business's legal obligations to individuals within an organization.

With my hard work and perseverance I successfully passed and graduated on the year 2004 the course of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Management and Minor in Psychology at Dee Hwa Liong College Foundation Inc. located at Duquit, Mabalacat City, Philippines. I may not have medals to show but I am proud to say that I supported my studies without asking a single penny from my parents to finish my college. Hard work + Perseverance = SUCCESS!
